EPSDT and Title V Collaboration to Improve Child Health: Web-based Technical Assistance Tool
The web-based technical assistance (TA) tool is specifically tailored for State Title V programs on the State and local levels. This new tool provides important information about the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) Medicaid benefit and about opportunities for collaboration between Title V and Medicaid to improve screening and treatment rates. The web-based TA tool also provides information on how the EPSDT benefit is administered, the reporting process, family support strategies, and specific policy and legislative issues.
