• The Perinatal Association of Kansas (PAK) promotes the health and well being of mothers and infants enriching families, communities and our world.

• A well respected leader in the health care arena in Kansas.

• An organization that addresses contemporary health care issues, such as standards of care and “best practices,” continuing professional and public education, advocacy, and collaboration. Key issues PAK promotes:

• Breastfeeding

• Providing resources to promote a seamless transition for an infant discharged from the hospital to the community

• Developing contemporary systems for collecting and using perinatal data

• Providing professional and consumer education

• Advocating for perinatal care with government agencies and officials
